Who we are
I founded Keystone Mortgage Services after more than 25 years in property — starting in property sales back in 1999. Having never left the industry this background means I don't just arrange your mortgage; I understand the property transaction itself, and I'm able to support you through the wider process, not just the finance.
Based in Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes, I run a personalised mortgage and protection brokerage, free from the sales targets and restrictions of larger corporate firms. This means my only focus is finding the right outcome for you.
I combine that experience with a hands-on approach — getting to know my clients and staying involved at every stage of their journey, whether that's a first home, a house move, a buy-to-let purchase or a protection review. Many clients find I become their 'go-to' throughout the transaction, not just their mortgage adviser.
My goal isn't simply to arrange a mortgage or protection policy. It's to be a knowledgeable, trusted presence throughout the process — helping you reach your goals today while protecting what matters most for tomorrow.
Your home/property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. Not all Buy to Let Mortgages are regulated by The Financial Conduct Authority. You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing lender if you remortgage. As with all insurance policies, conditions and exclusions will apply.
At Keystone Mortgage Services Limited we believe in clear, professional advice. For this reason, we provide complimentary consultations to help you understand and review all appropriate options available. Our consultancy‑based model is designed to deliver exceptional value. Once a property has been found and you are ready to progress with your mortgage application, our standard fee is up to £450 payable at point of mortgage offer and confirmed before you proceed. We do not charge until a mortgage has been secured. This fee is only subject to change in cases involving complex requirements, ensuring complete transparency and reassurance throughout the process.
